With 25 years of healthcare experience, including nearly a decade in primary care, Irina has built her career on a lifelong desire to heal, serve, and ease suffering. Having seen firsthand the limits of rushed, insurance-driven visits, she founded MissionMed Wellness to change how we practice medicine — where every patient is truly heard, seen and supported through whatever life brings their way.

Sick Visits
